Seat Confirmation
A seat is reserved only upon receipt of payment in full or, for agency-paid students, a purchase order or written authorization from the sending agency. Verbal commitments do not reserve a seat. Registration closes August 31, 2026, or when the class fills, whichever occurs first.
Tuition Inclusions
Tuition covers instruction, course materials, and TCOLE course reporting. Travel, lodging, and meals are the responsibility of the student or the sending agency.
Cancellation by the Student or Agency; Tuition Non-Refundable
Tuition is non-refundable. Written notice of cancellation received 30 or more calendar days before the first day of instruction entitles the student, or the agency that paid the tuition, to a course credit in the full amount of tuition paid. Course credit is valid for twelve months from the date of issue and may be applied to any On Angel Solutions course. Notice received fewer than 30 calendar days before the first day of instruction, or failure to attend, results in forfeiture of tuition with no refund and no credit. Registrations accepted fewer than 30 calendar days before the first day of instruction are non-refundable and carry no credit from the date of acceptance. Cancellation of the course by On Angel Solutions, LLC is the sole exception, addressed in the following paragraph.
Substitution — The Preferred Remedy
Another eligible student from the same agency may be substituted at any time, including on the first day of instruction, at no charge. If a registered student cannot attend, notify us and send someone else. Substitution preserves the full value of the tuition and is available even after the 30-day deadline in the preceding paragraph has passed.
Cancellation by On Angel Solutions; Minimum Enrollment
This course requires a minimum enrollment of 10 students. On Angel Solutions, LLC will confirm or cancel the course in writing no later than September 1, 2026. Cancellation by On Angel Solutions is the only circumstance under which tuition is refunded; in that event the student or paying agency may elect a full refund or a course credit. On Angel Solutions, LLC is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs incurred by the student or agency. Do not book non-refundable travel before receiving written confirmation that the course will be held.
Attendance and TCOLE Credit
Full attendance for both days of instruction is required to receive credit. A valid TCOLE PID number must be provided for reporting. Late arrival or early departure may result in forfeiture of credit, at the instructor’s discretion, with no adjustment to tuition.
Conduct and Facility Rules
Students shall comply with all rules of the host facility and all lawful instructions of the course staff. On Angel Solutions, LLC reserves the right to dismiss any student for disruptive, unsafe, or unprofessional conduct, without refund.
Recording
Audio, video, or photographic recording of instruction is prohibited without prior written consent. Course materials are the property of On Angel Solutions, LLC and may not be reproduced or redistributed.
Media Release
Photographs may be taken during instruction for training and promotional purposes. Check the box below if you decline to be photographed.
